Our people are our business
Uniquely, we directly employ all our staff
They unite as experts for one purpose: to make buildings safer for people.

Come join us in this work.
About Us
At Tetra, we make buildings safer for people. Uniquely in our industry, we directly employ all our staff. This means deeper expertise, greater accountability, and consistently high-quality service for our clients.
Our specialist teams cover Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Asbestos, Water Hygiene, Working at Height, and Training, with a strong focus on guiding clients through the complexities of the Building Safety Act.
To support compliance and risk management, we’ve developed PRISM, our innovative SaaS platform that streamlines property risk management, tracking compliance tasks, events, and actions efficiently
We engage closely with regulators and industry leaders, keeping our clients informed through a monthly programme of content, events and webinars.
Our People & Culture
At Tetra, our people are our strength. When they thrive, perform, and grow, so does our business. That’s why ‘People First’ isn’t just a core value—it’s the foundation of our culture.
Our team is built on expertise, commitment, and continuous learning. Every consultant is professionally qualified in their field, with most holding degrees and industry memberships, and all engaged in ongoing professional development to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
We take pride in fostering careers, not just jobs. As part of this, we have signed the Armed Forces Covenant, supporting ex-service personnel as they transition into new, secure, and growth-oriented roles.
Collaboration and excellence drive everything we do. Across all departments, our people uphold the highest standards, working together to deliver exceptional service. The #TeamTetra spirit is built on unity, shared knowledge, and a commitment to making buildings safer for people.
With many of our team members staying with Tetra for years, our long tenures reflect the supportive, rewarding environment we’ve created—one where expertise is valued, growth is encouraged, and people genuinely enjoy the work they do. We believe that when our people thrive, so does our business.
Our Values
At Tetra, our culture is built on five core values that shape how we work, collaborate, and achieve our goals. These values are more than just words—they guide our decisions, define our approach, and drive our commitment to quality in everything we do.
- People First: We prioritise the wellbeing, growth, and success of our team and clients.
- Integrity: We do the right thing, always acting with honesty and accountability.
- Excellence: We set high standards and continuously push to exceed them.
- Ambition: We embrace challenges, seek innovation, and drive progress.
- Collaboration: We work as one team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other.
Our values aren’t just principles—they are lived every day by our team. We invited some of our colleagues to share their perspectives on what these values mean to them. Check out the video to see what they said.
Diversity, Equality & Inclusion at Tetra
At Tetra, we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed—regardless of background, identity, or experience. We strive to foster an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are welcomed and appreciated.Â
We know that different perspectives drive better solutions. That’s why we cultivate an environment of equality and belonging, where collaboration, innovation, and personal growth thrive. From our hiring practices to career development and leadership opportunities, we ensure that everyone has a voice and the support to reach their full potential.Â
Our Clients
We work with a diverse range of clients across residential and commercial properties, NHS hospitals, educational facilities, leisure centres, and offices. This breadth of experience gives us a deep understanding of the unique challenges and compliance needs across these sectors.
When you choose Tetra, you’re choosing a partner who understands your world—one that delivers straightforward, practical solutions backed by industry-leading expertise, broad insights, and decades of experience.
We’re here to make your property management journey smoother, more compliant, and more informed, helping you stay ahead in an evolving regulatory landscape.
Veteran Support
We’re proud to employ and champion those who’ve served. With 18% of our team drawn from the Armed Forces—including two Board members—veterans are part of Tetra’s DNA. Their leadership, discipline, and commitment shape how we work and who we are.
Our support for service leavers and reservists is recognised through the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Award, under the Armed Forces Covenant, reflecting our pledge to help veterans build fulfilling new careers.
Our Charity Partner: Back Up
It means a lot to us to support Back Up, a charity dedicated to helping people with spinal cord injuries regain independence and make the most of life.
Back Up’s team of over 400 dedicated volunteers and staff—many with first-hand experience of spinal cord injuries—provide life-changing support, from rehabilitation programs to confidence-building activities. Their work is inspiring, impactful, and truly transformative, and we are proud to be part of it.
Sustainability
At Tetra, we are committed to sustainability in how we work and the solutions we provide. We integrate eco-friendly practices into our operations, focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing. Our commitment to achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2030Â reflects our dedication to environmental responsibility and future generations. By continuously innovating and refining our approach, we support our clients in meeting their sustainability goals while making a positive impact on the communities we serve.Â
Social Value
At Tetra, we create lasting social value by making buildings safer and fostering secure, well-paid employment. Our fully employed workforce, above-living-wage salaries, and commitment to diversity and inclusion strengthen communities across the UK. We prioritise employee wellbeing, promote from within, and uphold a people-first culture that encourages work-life balance.
Our initiatives include local employment, veteran support, and community engagement through charitable partnerships. By investing in our people and the wider community, we drive positive change that extends beyond our business.
Award Winning
2025 has been our most successful year yet for industry recognition. Our commitment to quality and excellence was once again recognised with The Property Institute’s ACE Award for Health and Safety Partner of the Year — for the second year running — as well as Wellbeing Employer of the Year and Highly Commended in Service Provider of the Year.
PRISM, our property risk and compliance platform, was a finalist for Innovation in Technology & Systems at the Facilities Management Awards, and a finalist in five categories at the Property Week Tech Innovation Awards — where we proudly won Marketing & Brand Awareness Innovation.
At the upcoming News on the Block Property Management Awards, PRISM is a finalist for the PropTech Innovation Award.
Certifications, Accreditations & Memberships
Our industry-recognised certifications, accreditations, and memberships are more than just credentials—they reflect our commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and the highest industry standards.
Our team’s expertise is backed by a comprehensive range of certifications and professional memberships, ensuring that every service we provide meets rigorous quality and compliance standards. These accreditations aren’t just badges; they demonstrate our dedication to developing our people, maintaining best practices, and delivering outstanding client service.
By holding and maintaining these certifications, we consistently uphold quality procedures, undergo continuous internal training, and strive to be the best—both for our team and our clients.
