We’re pleased to be working with Wandsworth Council to deliver Residential PEEPs, helping support residents who may need assistance to evacuate safely in the event of a fire.
The introduction of Residential PEEPs has brought new responsibilities for many building owners and managers, with organisations now needing to identify residents who may require support, carry out Person-Centred Fire Risk Assessments (PCFRAs), and put appropriate arrangements in place where required.
Our team will be working closely with Wandsworth Council throughout the project, providing support to deliver high-quality assessments that are proportionate, resident-focused and aligned with the latest guidance.
To support the delivery of this work, our consultants will be using the ItBox platform, enabling information to be captured digitally, assessments to be managed consistently, and records to be maintained in a clear and auditable way.
Residential PEEPs are about much more than compliance. They’re about understanding residents’ needs, improving safety outcomes and giving responsible persons confidence that appropriate arrangements are in place.
We look forward to working on this project and supporting the delivery of safer residential buildings.
