Sustainability & Social Values
Our Commitment to Sustainability
At Tetra, sustainability is not an add-on — it is a fundamental part of how we operate and the future we are shaping. We believe that responsible, forward-looking businesses have a duty not just to adapt to change, but to lead it.
We are fully committed to achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2030, demonstrating our responsibility to future generations and our leadership within the property risk management sector. To ensure our progress is rigorous, measurable, and independently validated, we are partnering with a leading sustainability certification body. This partnership will provide benchmarking against recognised best practice, formal certification of our achievements, and a clear, credible roadmap to Net Zero covering our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
Recognising the importance of collaboration, we are actively engaging with other sustainability leaders across the property industry to share insights, exchange best practice, and help raise standards across the sector.
We are also preparing to conduct a Climate Risk and Opportunity Assessment aligned with the recommendations of the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), ensuring that Tetra remains resilient, adaptive, and proactive in a changing climate.
Our sustainability approach is underpinned by our ISO 14001:2015-certified Environmental Management System (EMS), which ensures we systematically manage our environmental responsibilities and drive continuous improvement. Sustainability considerations are embedded into all strategic and operational decision-making processes, overseen at Board level to guarantee long-term integration and accountability.
In addition, we are evolving our procurement practices, developing a Sustainable Procurement Policy to promote circular economy principles and encourage responsible sourcing across our supply chain.
Our ambition is clear: to be recognised not only for helping our clients create safer environments, but also for creating a safer, greener, and more resilient future for all.
Planet Mark
We are also working towards becoming Planet Mark Certified, to accelerate our net zero journey and reduce our carbon emissions. We look forward to sharing further details on our sustainability journey soon.
