Martin brings more than thirty years of leadership experience from both corporate and private equity-backed businesses, with a proven track record of buy-and-build strategies, integration, and international expansion. Crucially, he is deeply experienced in the compliance and risk management sector, having previously served as CEO of Alcumus, Managing Director of Croner, Commercial Director of BSI and Chairman of Independent Governance Group.
At Tetra, Martin will work closely with CEO Paul Sadlier, the leadership team, and investors CBPE to support the company’s ambitious growth strategy.
