Fire Access Plans are a requirement of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and are to be supplied to the local fire service electronically and held on site within a PIB/SIB box. Essentially, these are floor plans that are simple and identify emergency access requirements and fire protection measures that the fire service may need in the event of an emergency such as dry riser inlet and outlet locations, hydrant locations etc.
